5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds. This typically applies when:

  • Only part of the service was unsatisfactory
  • You've used a portion of your subscription period
  • Some deliverables were completed but not others

7. Subscription Cancellations

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery. Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of your account and services.

9. Currency Exchange

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Any currency exchange fees or fluctuations in exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.
